Kleer Marketing Tool
Kleer’s marketing tool enables your dental practice to notify patients about your dental practice’s membership plan via email. If you choose to activate Kleer’s marketing tool, emails containing information about your membership plan will be periodically sent to patients. Additional patient outreach emails and features may be added in the future.
What email will my dental practice’s patients receive?
Emails will be based on the templates that you can view in the marketing section in your practice portal. You can opt-in to utilizing any or all of the email templates by clicking the corresponding box next to the email template.
What if Kleer makes material changes to the previously approved email templates?
Your dental practice will have an opportunity to review any material updates to email templates in advance of their use and you will have thirty (30) days to opt-out of the use of such email templates. You will be deemed to have approved the use of such updated templates unless you opt-out of their use within such 30-day time period. In addition, you can deactivate Kleer’s marketing tool at any time.
Will my dental practice be allowed to approve new email templates?
New email templates and/or options to existing email templates may be added in the future. Whenever such new email templates or options are added, you will be notified and required to opt-in to using such new email templates or options.
How frequent will emails be sent?
Once Kleer’s marketing tool is activated, emails will be sent based on the cadence described in the email templates. Your dental practice will be notified if the frequency of the emails increases.
What patients will receive an email?
Kleer’s marketing tool only enables your dental practice to email patients who have provided an email address that your dental practice has made accessible to Kleer. A description of the types of patients receiving emails is listed in each email template.
Can patients “opt out” of receiving future emails?
Yes, patients will have the option to “opt-out” of receiving future emails by clicking the unsubscribe link that will be included in all emails sent using Kleer’s marketing tool.
Can my dental practice deactivate the marketing tool?
Yes, your dental practice can deactivate Kleer’s marketing tool at any time.
Activating Kleer’s New Marketing Tool
Your dental practice (the “CLIENT”) can activate Kleer’s new marketing tool by checking the box next to “Accept Automated Marketing Terms and Conditions”. By activating Kleer’s marketing tool, approving any material changes to previously approved email templates or choosing to opt-in to the use of new email templates, CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that (i) Kleer’s marketing tool enables CLIENT to promote its membership plan to CLIENT’S patients and that all communications delivered using Kleer’s marketing tool are deemed communications from CLIENT and not from Kleer, and (ii) that CLIENT remains responsible for the content of all such communications and for its compliance with all applicable laws regulating advertisements and marketing.
