Patient Log-in Assistance
When you are a Kleer patient you gain access to affordable coverage that's simple, transparent and easy to use. Here are some steps you can take to log-in, set-up a password or reset your password.
Set-up or forgot your password:
If you are a Kleer patient and do not remember your password or you did not create one, go to member.kleer.com and click "forgot password" and you will receive an email with a link to create a new one. You will need to use the email address you signed up for the membership plan with.
Note: If you are creating a new password it must be 8 characters long, contain a letter, a number, and a special character. For example, an acceptable password would be: Purple2023$
If you do not receive an email, this likely means that the email address you have chosen has not been set up as a user. Please try another email, or contact your dental practice to see which email they have on file for your membership plan.
Kleer Patient Log-In:
If you are a Kleer patient looking to access your Patient Portal, go to member.kleer.com. From here, you can enter your username (email address) and your password.
