We hate dental insurance. No, really. We do. It’s too expensive for patients, and it’s not profitable for dentists. It’s a lose-lose for everyone BUT the insurance company — which is exactly why we’re focused on building the future of dental membership plans.

I am a proud wife and mommy of two amazing girls & a fur baby. When I‘m not working you can find me entertaining poolside, planning for a new home design, advocating for T1D, cheering on our favorite Philly sports teams, or preparing for our next travel adventure!

Marissa Maiorano
Joined 2021
I started at Kleer and Membersy as a Support Specialist with little knowledge of the dental industry. This role helped me learn the ins & outs of Kleer and Membersy and develop strong relationships with our customers. In 2022, I began working as a Preferred Support Specialist which allowed me to work directly with our top customers and learn our newest software, Kleer and Membersy Pro. That role led to my current position as a Kleer and Membersy Pro Product Analyst. Through the last 2.5 years, Kleer and Membersy has helped me grow and learn new skills that have led me to a career path in the software industry I never thought I'd have (especially since I have a degree in Marketing!)

Joined 2018
In 2018, I joined the Kleer and Membersy team as an SDR with some outbound sales experience, but no real grooming. After about a year, there was an opportunity to help build partnerships at Kleer and Membersy - a business development role that relied on fostering relations with other vendors, as well as internal cross-functional collaboration. More recently, I began to manage the SMB Sales team - working with SDRs, Account Executives, and Account Managers. Kleer and Membersy’s start-up environment offers ample opportunities for career progression and professional development. Personally, I’ve valued the challenges that encourage learning from your peers and trying new things. I’m excited to continue growing at a great company with a dedicated team.

Joined 2022
I joined Kleer and Membersy in 2022 and from my first initial conversations with the hiring manager, I knew this would be a company that would support me in my career goals. I started in a Sales Support role where my peers supported each other and remained open to constructive feedback, an aspect that helped develop my sales skills further. Since joining I have gone through 2 promotions and am now an Account Manager. I can confidently give credit for my career progression to my managers who have always supported my goals and been open to providing guidance. Kleer and Membersy is truly an awesome place to be and I am thankful for my peers across the company I get to work with and learn from every day.
