Kleer’s Vice President of Customer Success Named Woman of the Year in Customer Service
Dianna McHugh recognized as part of the 14th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service
WAYNE, Pa. – March 4, 2020 – Kleer, the leader in subscription dentistry, announced its Vice President of Customer Success, Dianna McHugh, is the recipient of the Bronze Stevie Award for Woman of the Year in Customer Service. As part of the 14th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, this award recognizes individual women for the customer service innovations they initiated, developed and launched since the beginning of July 2018.
In her role, McHugh leads the Kleer Success Team, a group of dedicated specialists that help customers reach their practice’s dental membership plan goals. McHugh was Kleer’s first Success Manager, joining the company during its early start-up days in September 2017. She has played an integral role in the company’s success, building a high-performing, customer-focused team and implementing processes and systems to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and success.

Launched Kleer SmartPricing™ as part of the onboarding process—SmartPricing uses a sophisticated formula to determine the optimal subscription price for membership plans, which perfectly balances patient value and practice success.

Specialized support for group practices—A specialized role was created to manage the entire relationship of large, multi-site group practices that require unique processes to successfully launch their membership plans.

Implemented a team-based ticketing system to effectively handle customer requests. Using specific data and algorithms, the Growth team is notified when a practice is underperforming versus thriving.
