Kleer Named a 2020 Best Place to Work by the Philadelphia Business Journal
Subscription dentistry company is recognized for a positive, energetic and collaborative work environment
WAYNE, Pa. - August 4, 2020 – Kleer, the leader in subscription dentistry, today announced its recognition as one of Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work. The award recognizes the dental membership plan company’s achievements in creating a positive, energetic and collaborative work environment that attracts and retains team members.
Each year, the Philadelphia Business Journal teams with Quantum Workplace, a human resources technology provider, to find the best workplaces in the region. Quantum Workplace asks employees to rate their companies on work environment, personal growth, professional development, people, and embracing change and new ideas. This year, a record number of surveys were completed, and only 34 small businesses reached the competitive scoring benchmark required to make the list.
Highlights of Kleer’s survey results are:
- 100% of Kleer’s team participated in the survey.
- Kleer’s employee engagement score is a 95.64 out of 100.
- 100% of Kleer team members agree the senior leaders of the organization value people as their most important resource.
- The top word Kleer team members use to describe the work environment is “collaborative.”
As part of the survey, employees were invited to provide optional responses to several open-ended questions. Kleer’s team shared 86 comments, including the following.
“Whenever I talk about my job, or anyone sees our work dynamic, they always say ‘I want to work somewhere like that!’”
“The learning opportunities are unlike anything I've experienced before, and everyone on the team is an equal. Everyone is encouraged to share their feedback and contribute new ideas for how to do things, and that's not something you often find in a workplace to the degree that we have.”
“We have such a diverse mix of personalities, but it's our differences that strengthen our company. It's the mutual respect that we have for each other. From top to bottom, the level of dedication is the same. Everyone knows how important their individual role is to our success and making this thrive. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else.”
“The members of the Kleer team are all highly driven, motivated, and full of energy. I have never worked at a company where everyone was this motivated.”
“We're driving change. We're helping people. We're truly making a difference. And the people that work here are what elevate the company. We're competitive, passionate, caring, empathetic, and we truly get along.”
“It’s an honor to be one of Philadelphia’s best places to work,” says Dave Monahan, CEO for Kleer. “We truly value our team as our most valuable asset. We cultivate a culture that gives everyone the opportunity to have their voice heard, to make a difference, and to develop themselves. Every person on this team is driven to make a positive impact on the world around them, works hard every day, and could not be more deserving of this recognition.”
The 2020 Best Places to Work list was published in the July 31, 2020 issue of the Philadelphia Business Journal.
