How do I turn on automated marketing?
Current Kleer Pro customers who have PMS Sync Features enabled can turn on automated marketing by first logging in to their portal, then scrolling to:
- “Product Settings”
- Click “Edit”
- Under “PMS Sync Features” click “Settings” under the Automated Marketing Column
- Check “Allow Automated Marketing to Your Patients”
- Check “Accept Automated Marketing Terms and Conditions”
- Check one or both of the campaign settings to begin marketing to patients.
Within one week eligible patients with valid emails will start to receive emails.

Automated marketing refers to using technology to reduce the creation of manual emails. So, instead of composing an email to your uninsured patients, you can let the Kleer system handle it for you. With Kleer Pro integrated directly to your PMS, it can identify patients that may be a good fit for your membership plan. As a result, your inactive and active patients will receive targeted emails with the information they need.
