Product Execution & Development
In January of 2023 we announced the launch of Kleer Intelligence™ (KI), our proprietary PMS integration solution.
KI’s integration architecture establishes a connection between the Kleer Platform and 90% of all practice management software, to read and write-back information and performance data to improve membership plan management, tracking, results, and more.
The connection also helps Kleers iterate, develop, and add platform functionalities faster.
With December marking our sixth release of new tools and improvements, here’s all the KI features we introduced this year.
Posting subscription payments, enrolling patients, and tracking benefits are all critical aspects of any membership plan. However, all of these tasks are tedious, time-consuming, and error-prone if they are completed manually.
KI Automation eliminates these time-consuming tasks with the following features.
Patient Auto Enrollment
Used by 100% of practices with Kleer Intelligence enabled, this feature pulls patient data from your PMS (name, address, email, and phone) to automatically complete patient enrollment. See it in action.
Automatically post subscription payments, fees, and balance transactions from Kleer to your PMS.
Automatically track membership plan benefits used and remaining so that your team can easily verify patient eligibility for annual cleanings, x-rays, or savings on treatment.
Most people are not marketing experts and most practices have limited time and budget to invest in building a comprehensive marketing strategy. KI Growth not only better aligns your membership plan with your brand to create a seamless patient experience, but can automatically identify and market to patients that are a good fit for your membership.
Personalize the member experience with your brand colors, logos, and images front and center on your member landing page.
With your permission, Kleer will automatically send personalized email messages to uninsured and dormant patients in your database, inviting them to your membership plan. Practices with Automated Marketing enabled on average see a +55% increase in new membership plans sold.
With KI Performance practices will have the ability to track the impact Kleer is having on patient behavior and practice performance by measuring patient visits, the rate of treatment acceptance, total practice production, and total collections across Kleer, uninsured, and insured patients.
In December we completed building the infrastructure needed to bring this feature to life in 2024. We are currently developing the user interface and incorporating feedback from early adopters. Our team believes that KI Performance will be an invaluable tool for dental practices, stay tuned for more updates on our progress!
Our Unrivaled Support
At Kleer, we believe that customer support is not just a service — it's a cornerstone of our commitment to you. Our support team has tackled an impressive 26,606 tickets this year, achieving a 96% resolution rate in a single interaction.
We continue to maintain our Help Center to serve as the ultimate resource packed with instructional content and videos that can be accessed on-demand. In total, customers have invested 17,439 minutes gathering the insights they need to keep their membership plan on track.
How We Helped This Year
- It took us 24 minutes on average to have a full resolution for our customers from first contact with our support team.
- It only took us 18 minutes on average to provide a first resolution or response to a customer support request.
- Kleer completed 100% of the support tickets submitted by customers.
We can't help but brag a little – this year, we were honored to share that we made the Inc. 5000 list. Marking our debut, we ranked at number 1951, in addition to 204th among business products and services.
